Cooper University Hospital is an academic, tertiary care medical center affiliated with Cooper Medical School of Rowan University and is located on the Health Sciences Campus in Camden, New Jersey. Cooper has a long history in the City of Camden and is playing a leading role in its revitalization. Cooper University Hospital is the only Level 1 trauma center for adults and children in southern New Jersey.

Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper, also in Camden, provides high-quality pediatric care and is South Jersey’s only state-designated children’s hospital. Children’s Regional Hospital at Cooper is also verified as a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons, one of only two Level 1 trauma centers to have this verification.
