Everyone from Check in to check out were wonderful. Dr Grayum and his assistant were very pleasant. Easy to feel relaxed with them. They explained what was going to happen. Both very knowledgeable of the testing. Only thing that's not been convenient lately are the phone systems! Making appointments has been a hassle. You ring to one person to be transferred to another person, sometimes getting the wrong transfer. Sometimes I'll be on the phone for 20 minutes just to make mone appointment. It would be much easier to have one number to call and schedule all appointments with any provider at any location. When making multiple appointments, this can be challenging. Especially when scheduling multiple providers for multiple family members. I beleive this would also be easier for seniors. You wouldn't have to shuffle around to find phone numbers, could be just one line to call and schedule. Another thing that would be suoer helpful is the appointment reminder calls. It is wonderful to receive texts and calls to remind you of appointments. However, if all appointments from any location and provider could be from a specific number would be easier also. The phone will ring and inopportune times and you worry not to answer because you know it's a doctor office calling. So you figure a way to answer just to have a recording remind you of appointments. When you have testing done or your kids had a visit, it's worrisome to ignore a doctor line call not knowing if it's a nurse, doctor, or just a recording reminder for an upcoming appointment. This would be so nice and beneficial to patients if the phone systems were able to comply with these recommendations. Last, I always have an ending survey question about joining an online community to better things ar Cooper. I never get any information to actually participate though. Should someone be contacting me? I'd love to participate. Thank you for your time
