My order gmail appointment was for [Date] 3 and they put me on a waitlist if something opened earlier. They called and were able to see me on [Date] 2!! He explained everything I very clearly, and answer all of our questions and followed up with lab work immediately!

I have been a patient of Dr. McFadden for approximately twenty years or more, and I feel, as if, we have a good, solid working relationship. One that is an honest , open dialogue of all issues affecting and impacting my health as a 4th stage kidney disease patient. I was truly disappointed with the limited explanation I received during my [Date] followup office visit. All of my blood and urine indicators/ results were found to be abnormal. This was totally alarming and frustrating to me. I needed an explanation as to what this drastic change in my results meant, including its implications on my continued health. I walked away from the visit feeling I was not told the true status of my kidney functioning.....

I find Dr. McFadden to be an extremely knowledgeable physician, listening and explaining any situation that arises. He is thoughtful and pleasant. I feel grateful to have him as someone I feel looks after my medical needs.

Always greeted with respect and cheerfulness by staff. Nurse/ technician knowledgeable and caring. Dr. McFadden is conscientious, empathetic and helpful. He cares about his patients and staff. He is a great asset to Cooper.

I went to the wrong office and they asked if I wanted to go to the other office I said that I would and with no problem I got right in I was so appreciated excellent office personnel
