Dr Richmond is one of the best, compassionate, caring, kind and knowledgeable Doctors I've ever care for me in the 65 years of my life. I think that the other Doctors could learn from her.

I'd like my next appointments with a medical professional to be less intermittent. At least [Date] gaps between appointments to see my primary care physician would be much better because I think I can talk with my doctor about activities that happen in a short amount of time. Honestly.

Loved my 1st visit with my provider! Did not feel rushed at all. I was listened to. My provider called me the day before to introduce herself and ask a few questions, Amazing!!!! The office is extremely outdated and smells. Moved from a window seat because the air came in do to the fact that the windows are really old and dirty.

This was a new patient visit and I was very happy with how everyone treated me. I was changing Primary care Physicians because my old doctor was to far since I moved and the last visit they did not me feel like I was being listened to. With Dr Richmond and the staff at their office, I felt they were listening to me and not talking at me or down to me. Very good first experience.
