Dr. Gargan is the best doctor I've ever had. She is compassionate, understanding, doesn't rush to visit, and as far as I'm concerned, she saved my life. So I would give her an outstanding in everything that goes along with being a doctor as far as friendly, courteous, caring, and compassionate.
