My original appointment was on [Date] and when I went there I was told to be there at 245 for a 3 o'clock appointment and when I arrived at 250 I was told that the appointment was at 2 which is not the notification I got and the receptionist was like you can't come back until [Date] at 7am. You still want to come here. She did everything to try to keep me from coming back. Again this was the desk person on [Date] When I came back on [Date] everything was fine. I checked in fine and I received fine care, excellent care and I will continue to go there. However the person on [Date] definitely was trying to dissuade me from using the Cooper physical therapy system.

This is my third time back in five years. Very satisfied
