Dr Kwaitt and Dr Eastwick are exceptionally caring individuals and a credit to MDANDERSON! They both have my five star rating!

I waited five months for this appointment. Thank God my problem wasn't acute. Worth the wait. I was impresssed with Dr. Kwaitt and sort of look forward to our next encounter!

I found Dr. Kwiatt and the office staff quite professional in their delivery of services. The RN and office staff were courteous & knowledgeable.

All persons encountered were polite and professional. From the moment I entered the waiting room I was greeted and treated with respect. I was impressed when the receptionist came out to the waiting room to inform me there would be a short delay to my appointment time...very refreshing! A special shout out to those who were directly involved with my examination. I can't express my thanks for their concern and compassion… my extreme thanks to the entire staff!! !

Once the appointment was made, and an earlier one became available... everything was superb. The way an office visit should be. As usual I was very happy and treated well.

My experience for my first visit was very welcoming and he was very straight forward and honest . Very easy to talk to and he explained everything he did to me and assured me that someone will be calling from his office to set up the procedure appt. I felt good and happy leaving his office know I will be getting this matter I ve been dealing with for 37 yes done soon.

The lady from the front desk who took care of me when I came in was excellent. I was having issue with my medical plan and she took an extra mile to help me with the issue. She called my medical plan and helped resolve the issue.
