Dr. Thon was very passionate about what she does. She took her time and explained everything clearly. Great bedside manner. I really liked how she talked to me and my husband (he's sick) like people instead of I'm the doctor and your the patient this is what I have to say to you about your problems. If I could give higher then 10 I would. Cooper neurology is an exceptional and passionate department. Thank you

Recently got diagnosed with MS & was a bit nervous & from beginning to the very end of my visit everyone treated me so kind. The provider was very knowledgeable and compassionate about what she does. Love it and i picked The best hospital for my treatment.

My provider was very late to my appointment and had a medical student working with her. I had my mother with me at my appointment. She went to the nurses desk to complain after 45 minutes had gone by that we had still not seen the doctor. Then the medical student came in to see me. She did her evaluation for 20 minutes. Then the doctor came in to do a repeat exam for about 15 minutes. She tried to apologize for being so late blaming it on the patient before me, saying that she had to send them to the hospital and that's what took so long. I was uncomfortable with this. I don't know if it's because she shared another patients medical information with me or if I felt like she was being untruthful to me. Regardless, my appointment was at 10:00 am and was significantly delayed by both a medical student and whatever else was going on. The medical student was lovely. But if you're going to have medical students, please make sure that you stick very closely to your schedule.
