Staff & Dr. Palumbo - Excellent - Listened to my son's concern about being in the boot as he wants to play basketball - No gym/sports until cleared by ortho team.

Steve Palumbo, NP has always treated me with respect, has thoroughly discussed & explained any issues I have. He's very personable, listens to my concerns, never rushes me. I actually enjoy our interactions.

My overall experience was excellent. I even made a phone call to my daughter and husband to tell them how well this Cooper team took care of me today. I told them if they ever had any orthopedic needs that they need to go here and see Dr. Steven and his staff from check in to check out I felt very well informed all of my care and next steps. They are wonderful at this location.

Stephen Palumbo was very interested in my well being. He even remembered a conversation we had at our last appointment. He suggested knee surgery however I asked if we could try another injection first and he agreed. Very pleased.

The office building is beautiful! Staff was great too, definitely one of the best around.
