Ms. Huster has operational oversight of medical surgical units, interventional pulmonology and respiratory care departments. She joined Cooper in 2020 from Virtua Health System in South Jersey where she served in various nursing roles and leadership capacity for over 15 fifteen years. She served in the United States Army/Reserves for 17 years in various clinical roles from medic to licensed practical nurse and finally as a registered nurse.
Ms. Huster earned her Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor in Nursing from Aspen University; Master in Administrative Science from Farleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor in Science in Psychology from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks
She is certified by ANCC as a Nurse executive-board certified, MSNCB as a certified medical surgical nurse, and is certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) as a fellow
Ms. Huster serves on the American College of Greater Philadelphia executive board and Community service committee.
She is a certified Greenbelt, an active member in ACHE and has presented locally and nationally on patient experience, new service lines, and leadership engagement and is a published author. Ms. Huster is also member of the American Organization of Nurse Leaders.
