The Thomas Edison State University (TESU) Accelerated BSN BAYADA Scholars Track at Cooper University Health Care is a 15-month Bachelor of Science in Nursing designed for adults who have earned a bachelor’s degree and are interested in becoming registered nurses. Recent college graduates and midcareer professionals who want to find meaningful and mission-driven work will have an opportunity to become a nurse in a little over a year.
The program offers dedicated hospital- and home-based clinical education at Cooper and BAYADA Home Health Care, along with online courses through Thomas Edison State University. Students work alongside experienced nurses, advanced practice providers, and physicians to treat patients across the continuum of care.
Employment at Cooper
BAYADA Scholars Track students receive a conditional offer of employment from Cooper University Health Care upon admission into the program. Students who meet the rigorous academic requirements of the program, pass the nursing licensure exam (NCLEX), and meet standardized employment criteria will have a job at Cooper to begin their nursing career after graduation.
