If you have a question regarding a bill you received for services provided by Cooper University Health Care or a Cooper University Physician, please contact our central billing office at 855.434.5938.
Copies of your birth certificate must be obtained through the city or municipality in which you were born.

Cooper University Hospital: To arrange for interpreter services Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., please call the Linguistics Department at 856.342.2751 or via email at Linguistics@cooperhealth.edu. For interpreter services at all other times, please call the Hospital Operator at 856.342.2000.

Cooper University Hospital Cape Regional does not provide obstetrical services.
All patients may request copies of their health records free of charge via MyCooper or by mail, or for a small fee by using our online records request system. To learn how to submit a request for your medical records, please visit our Health Record Requests page.

If you know the full name of a patient who has been admitted, to speak with a hospital representative who will connect you to their room. If the patient you are attempting to reach has been admitted to the trauma unit, a hospital representative will not be able to connect you to them. They can, however, provide general updates on their condition.

You can update your personal information such as name, address, phone number and email address in MyCooper or by calling the Patient Access Center at 800.8.COOPER (800.826.6737).
