Byron Hunter leads Cooper University Health Care’s talent acquisition strategy, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources and workforce development. He joined Cape Regional in 2004 and has played a key role in building a strong, inclusive culture that attracts top talent. Byron holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Rutgers University and a master’s degree in human resources management from Thomas Edison State University.
