Mr. Foulke is General Manager and Vice President of Foulke Management Corporation, established by his father, Charles W. Foulke Jr., in 1967. Mr. Foulke has overall responsibility for consolidated operations of eight retail automotive dealerships in South Jersey, representing five major automotive manufacturers. Mr. Foulke has more than 40 years of experience in all phases of automotive retail sales, service, parts, and collision center operations.  

When Mr. Foulke is not working, he enjoys attending youth sporting events and assisting in developing youth athletic facilities. Mr. Foulke has donated significant funds to improve his local communities, including sports facilities, youth sports programs, and his local church. Mr. Foulke also serves on the Board of Catholic Charities.
