Dr. White joined Cooper University Health Care in 2023. She is the Assistant Vice President of Ambulatory Nursing Operations and has oversight of the clinical care provided by nurses and medical assistants working in Cooper’s ambulatory locations.

Prior to joining Cooper, Dr. White served in a variety of ambulatory care roles. She practiced as a pediatric primary care nurse practitioner for 20 years where, in addition to providing primary care services, she assisted with establishing a large primary care practice.  Additionally, she taught a variety of courses in the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of Pennsylvania for 10 years. In 2012, she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, focusing her academic work on the effect of employee engagement on patient experience and clinical outcomes.  Building upon all those experiences, in 2014, Dr. White transitioned to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where she held several ambulatory nursing leadership roles for seven years.

Dr. White is an active member of the American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nurses and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Thomas Jefferson University. She is a board-certified pediatric primary care nurse practitioner and is licensed as an advanced practice nurse in New Jersey and a certified registered nurse practitioner in Pennsylvania.
