Mr. Dembo, is the managing member of the law firm Dembo, Brown & Burns LLP in Mount Laurel, NJ, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate and commercial law.

Mr. Dembo received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University and earned his juris doctor degree from Rutgers University Law School, Camden, NJ. He was admitted to the practice of law in 1980 and is licensed in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Dembo is a past vice-president and previously served on the Board of Managers for the Katz Jewish Community Center of South Jersey. Mr. Dembo currently serves on the Board of Directors of Vaso Corporation (OTCQB: VASO).  He resides in Voorhees with his wife, Jody. They have two adult children, Adam and Michelle.
