Project Imagine is a 10-year, $3 billion expansion of Cooper University Health Care's hospital in Camden's Health Sciences Campus. The largest project in Camden County’s history will dramatically expand the academic health system’s main campus to meet the current and future projected demand at Cooper University Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper.

The first phase of Project Imagine is a 10-story, state-of-the-art hospital tower (rendering below) that will connect to MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper. 

Cooper broke ground on this tower in January 2025, which should be completed in 2028.
