I always enjoy coming to this appointment because the people at the desk are always friendly and helpful and Dr. Chaaya is always kind and very informative!

Dr. Chaaya was very caring, professional and personable. He explained everything and answered all questions. I never felt rushed and was very impressed by his knowledge and explanations. I am quite satisfied I will be in capable hands during my procedure.

My only complaint is that at check out I wasn't giving all the test that the doctor order. He said he didn't know why it only printed some of them. Thankfully I realized that the doctor mention blood work and I didn't have the print out for that. That's when he realized I was not only missing the blood work but I was missing 3 other tests that he didn't print. At the end he gave me all the print outs. I am calling the office to make sure I have everything the doctor order just to make sure. This is important because I live 45 min away and need the print outs because I mostly do my test outside of Cooper.

Dr Chaaya is a caring,professional,compassionate and relatable doctor. He explains everything in a way that is understandable and relatable. He truly put my mind at ease. He is the type of doctor that all doctors should aspire to be. Dr. Chaaya obviously cares a great deal about his patients. The entire staff at Cooper digestive health is to be commended for a job well done!
