This provider stayed typing and asking questions and toward the end. Listen to my lungs and heart and said I could leave. I had an appointment about a knee and ankle injury. I complained about something hurting in the back of my leg! She was so ready to dismiss me. I had to say do you wanna feel my leg. Then she just touch and was like it's a cyst. She ordered all these lab work and X-ray. A provider should do a full examine the Patient. I've never felt dismissed like this before. I'm going to get a huge bill. For someone to just ask me questions. Where 's the compassion for the patient.

I arrived at 7:45 for an 8am appointment and was locked out. The doors opened at 8am and I waited until 8:20 to be called back. The medical assistant did not take my pulse ox or temperature, only brief history questions and blood pressure. I then waited until 8:30 to see the PA to begin my Check up. At the end of my visit the medical assistant gave me my pneumonia vaccination- this was by far the most painful vaccination I have EVER received. I am pretty tough and this was very painful. I still have a red blotchy spot on my arm. She needs more practice administering shots. I finally left my 8am appointment at 8:55. Being locked out on arrival and having such a late start for my appointment was very disappointing.
