My provider did not show me the medical device, verbally describe the procedure beforehand, or give me time to ask questions or address concerns before the procedure. My provider did not check in with my readiness to begin the procedure or clearly communicate what to expect during the procedure. My provider did her best to provide comfort and assurance after the procedure and allowed me time to process before exiting the procedure room.

Was called back within 5 minutes, nurse was excellent! Dr was friendly and listened to me. Gave a diagnosis right away. Gave a test and results were in my chart next day . Diagnosis was correct. Will recommend Cooper urgent care positive experience!

Hi. I had a great experience at Cooper. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and accommodating and explained everything. I was seen on time. Barb, the nurse practitioner, is very thorough. She gave a thorough exam. Prior to that, we sat and talked about health issues, and she goes over all my testing, which was really helpful for me, and also referrals if needed. And then leaving the desk was very, very accommodating. Also, the MA who put me in the office was also really good. I had a great experience. I just wanted to thank him for his feedback.
