The doctor is very attentive. I really like Beth Ann Karmilovich. She cares a lot about my son. She is very patient, she is a sweetheart. The secretaries are very dedicated.

We very much like Dr. Karmilovich; however, the nurse improperly measured our daughter and when I said that it wasn't accurate she completely ignored me. Dr. Karmilovich immediately realized the height measurement could not be accurate and had to remeasure my daughter. The nurse was also not friendly. This alone was not a big deal. What was truly alarming was when the nurse administered my daughter's vaccines. My daughters mother saw the need bend, not puncture the skin and the vaccine squirt out of the needle off the side of my daughters leg. I'm addition, I saw a small puddle of fluid on the parchment paper near where my daughters right leg was. When I went to let the nurse know of our concerns, she was dismissive and said without pause, "it went in." Because we didn't want to rip the bandage off right away and our daughter was already upset, we waited to check at home and sure enough there was no puncture mark like the other two on the left side. I will be calling soon to figure out what vaccine my daughter didn't receive and let them know of the nurse's dismissiveness. It's one thing to mess up and not realize you messed up but to act like there's no way you made a mistake and not even check to make sure?? I can't imagine it would have been to difficult to figure out. Ignoring our concerns about what happened is definitely the wrong way to handle it

Dr K is awesome! She truly cares about my son and my family. She is an amazing provider.

I love cooper they treat my daughter like a person not like a child. And they always explain what they think is best and always ask what I think is best for my child.

She's an amazing provider for my children. Highly recommended her for sure. She shows love care and compassion. Takes the time to truly listen to your concerns and helps you as much as she can.
