After we got into the office, she was very caring and was interested in everything about me and was not a pushy doctor. She wanted to work with me the best that she could. And she was very easy. She pleased me very well. I enjoyed her visit, which is unusual for a doctor. She's very kind. And that's just about it. I will go back again.

I chose "usually" for most of my answers as it was only my first time meeting with Dr. Yates. The appointment was very good and I liked her very much. However, my answers would be more accurate if I had been seeing her for a longer period of time. So my responses are not really a direct reflection of her.

Dr Yates was warm, caring and thorough. This was my first visit to determine new primary care. She exceeded my expectations and I will continue to see her for my health needs.

I met Dr. Yates for an emergency visit! Thought she was very thorough with me. I left feeling so much better just being seen and prescribed all the meds to make me feel better quickly! The office staff and nurses are always very caring and professional!

Dr. Yates is absolutely amazing, kind, empathetic, caring, and she does not rush you. I've never had such a great experience with a doctor before, and I'm happy that she is not only my doctor, but also my daughter's, and a wonderful family practitioner. Everyone in the office was friendly. It was very clean. Best experience I've had.
