I answered this survey for Catherine G. not Dr. Robertson. I like him very much but was not impressed at all with Catherine G. I was not able to get a suck appointment with him so I saw Catherine G. The nurse that checked me in was terrific, very friendly .

Some of these questions aren't applicable because I only had the one initial face to face visit. However all the Cooper staff from call center to office staff was pleasantly helpful. All my calls were successfully answered within the same or next day, thus far I'm pleased. It's still early so let's see where this goes. I do feel the Dr got a handle on the direction of my care.

The staff at this Cooper Primary Physician's office on Kings Hwy is excellent. Always greeted and treated with professionalism in a friendly manner. Catherine Gerety is always patient and thorough which is truly appreciated.
