I really do not need to hear the survey again. I don't think it's necessary. If I have a problem or situation, I know who to get a hold of. Dr. Gross has been my doctor for many, many, many years, and I am perfectly happy.

Dr Gross made me feel like he really cared and took his time to explain things to me and I didn't feel rushed. After seeing the same Dr for over 20 years I was nervous and I'm so glad that Dr Gross is my new doctor. He made me feel at ease .

Dr Gross has a very good bedside manner. He takes the time to listen to your ailments and then offers his expertise and remedies
