Dr Shersher was the best doctor I have been to. He really cared about the health problems I was having. I now feel I am able to live a full, complete, healthy and happy life. His receptionist is also a sweet, kind and wonderful woman. They both should live a long and healthy life and continue to heal many more people. They are both a blessing. Thank you.? ?

Everyone was courteous and caring

I appreciate the kindness and compassion. But I really appreciate the organizational component. Calls to set up appointments and follow-ups, never worrying about receiving bills because every visit and procedure is pre-authorized with insurance. Coming to the main hospital and MD Anderson is predictable in a good way. It's like a well oiled machine.

Yes, I was very pleased with the experience I had and I would recommend Cooper to anyone.

I met with Dr Shersher to discuss possible surgery to repair a hernia. Due to a complicated medical history, I was disappointed to learn other measures would have to happen first. Dr Shersher was so kind and even though it was hard to hear, I know he is right and I appreciate his honesty and having a course of action that could lead to a SUCCESSFUL surgery in my future. I am ready to do what I must and feel like I am being cared for appropriately and compassionately.
