The surgery center itself was wonderful, so were all the people. The complaint I have with Cooper is that it's so difficult to get to the office itself to speak to the actual doctor because that round-robin staffing, which really sucks because they don't understand the urgency of a patient's issues. They're just simply filling holes with data and they know they're being recorded, so they're very careful as to what they say, but it's not really patient-centered. Thank you.
