Dr. Richter always makes me feel as if he is concerned about my health and well being. He also always establishes eye contact which is not common among health care providers .

I always feel great after seeing Dr. Richter. He recommended me to the best heart surgeon when I needed one. He's my hero.

Mostly fine - Dr. Richter was patient with my questions explaining all that was necessary so that I fully comprehended the totality of my situation + seemed genuinely cornered to obtain a larger perspective. However, wish he smiled a bit more as I felt as our communication was somewhat 'antiseptic'
