I had a great experience overall, but I do wish it was easier to get in touch with the doctor's office directly. I waited 20 minutes on hold with the access center just to ask if I could be seen sooner. It would be helpful to speak to the office more easily for quick questions like that. Also, I forgot to ask about a medical record release form. As a new patient, I'm not sure how to transfer my records now—especially since the access center told me to request it in person, and I won't be back for another six months because the office is far from home and work. Thanks again!
