Part of being a good doctor is listening and the ability to put patients at ease. His demeanor is a little bit of humor and a lot of candor. Those two qualities are the best! I am so glad Dr Witmer is my doctor.

I followed Dr. Whitmer from Jefferson to Cooper because he is a very caring doctor and that's why I follow him from one place to another. I've been going to him now for over 14 years and he makes me feel very safe.
