Dr. Witmer is the best. He truly cares and listens to the patient. He is honest when he needs to be. He is attentive & responds appropriately. Could not ask for a better health care provider than him!

I followed Dr. Witmer from Jefferson which was a big step for me. He is an excellent addition to your hospital. The office is well run.

Dr is very professional only seen him 3 times and he ask about my mother in-law everytime really talks to u like your his only patient hope he stays a long time

Dr. Witmer always spends time with me with no rush and he cares about any health concerns I have. I also use the Cooper portal and he always responds quickly
