Dr. Whitmer was very personable, very respectful and knowledgeable re my condition. He listened to all my questions, concerns and comments, and responded knowledgeably. I was truly impressed. I would like him to be my primary doctor.

The office people are so friendly and efficient! And although I'm a Jefferson employee I followed Dr. Witmer to Cooper because he's an excellent doctor with both the clinical knowledge and bedside manner that are important to me.

Everyone in the office was polite, respectful and helpful. Dr Witmer is the best. He knows my healthcare history, treatments and needs. He provides all the information I need to understand recommended treatments, answers all of my questions and respects my decisions. I trust him completely.
