The staff was courteous and efficient. The aide before the doctor came in was pleasant and efficient. This was my first visit to this provider and he was excellent as outlined in my previous responses in this survey.

Dr. Matizel was very kind and considerate, and he listened attentively as I explained what was going on, and I felt that he understood what I was saying.

First time patient. I was very impressed by everyone I dealt with. Dr Matusow had read my file and asked good questions I did not feel rushed and he suggested further tests and some immediate action. I look forward to following up with Dr Matusow .

Everyone from the front desk, tech, Dr. and practice manager were excellent, knowledgeable, pleasant, caring people. I was fortunate enough to meet the practice manager, Tracy who is definitely well deserving of her appointment. I am retired from healthcare. I met the Dr. for the 1st time and immediately felt I was in caring, dedicated, competent hands! I loved that I was able to have my bloodwork via labcorp that the Dr. just ordered right then completed right there at the office. Love convenience!
