I could not make my follow up appt. after my injection on [Date] Began calling on [Date] and was told Dr. Sabia was only taking appts for NEW patients. I called several times over the next two weeks and was given the same response. When I tried to message him on Cooper My Chart I could not. The app would not accept a message for his office. During this time I also needed my prescription refilled and could not do that due to lack of communication with anyone. I had depleted my medicine and was experiencing pain and unable to get medicine. Very disheartening. My follow up appt was on [Date] after receiving a phone call a few days prior to schedule. I saw Dr. Sabia's Assistant and am now waiting for a phone call to schedule my injection. During that visit after explaining to her about my lack of communication with the office and no medicine, she gave me a number to call should that happen again. Thank you!

Wonderful staff

The Pain Management Staff at Voorhees is the Best. You do not wait more than 15 minutes Appointment. They're all very Friendly and Personable and this includes the NPN (Gayle).

She was great. I just find it hard to wait the length of time that is required to get an appointment because the physicians at Cooper are all so booked up.

While the experience was overall positive, I did struggle getting the provider to understand my reason for being there, and felt like that was brushed off and passed off to another employee within the practice. I have not heard back about the reason I was there.

The person at the front desk asked me to wait while her computer was warming up so I sat down to wait. Someone else came right after I sat down, and she took them immediately, knowing I was waiting. It rubbed me the wrong way as I felt I was being ignored. Gayle was phenominal in treating me, covering everything that I said and things that she noticed. She gave me great recommendations as to taking my medicine , and truly heard me.

The entire staff is knowledgeable, helpful, considerate, respectful always. My only criticism is the unreasonably long and untimely wait it takes to get an appointment.

Gayle is great! Very caring and concerned for your well-being. She explains everything in a way that you understand and offers options for your care. I can't say enough good things about her.
