The front desk staff the day of my last appt was very polite and he took his time to write down info for me and gave me all my print out info at the end of my visit. The technician was also especially kind.

Dr Louie who was my original doctor was very difficult in getting a few days of my sertraline before my scheduled appointment She insisted that I see her sooner than my appointment. I wasn't able to take time off from work due to my job to see her earlier. She has never had an issue of getting me a few days of my medicine to hold me over till she sees me. Evidently there was an issue with the Dr and the nurse who took my call as to why she was refusing my request. The nurse informed me she was taking this request to her manager since Dr Louie was being very difficult. I asked about seeing Dr Chen but Dr Chen wasn't available The nurse recommended Dr Hernandez She said she is new and very nice and patients have been happy with her. I was able to see Dr Hernandez that day at 4 pm Dr Hernandez was very nice and attentive to my needs and I will be seeing her from now on. My wife also sees Dr Louie and has had issues with her too and most likely will be seeing Dr Hernandez next time she has an appointment due to my nice visit with her

It was my first time seeing this physician. She was thorough and I felt reassured by coming in. The front desk and MA were great also.
