As always, the experience with Dr. Graf himself was very positive; when I noted that his visit was probably the 5th or 6th in a row that he told me there was zero change in the relative position of the crucial bones, he immediately said, OK, let's stretch it out a bit then; we agreed on 9-month intervals unless something changes. As always, he said if anything does change or if you have questions, call any time. As for the rest of the experience, it was as positive as it can be under the circumstances that the doctor can only be there on Tuesdays--fitting a large number of patients into a limited time window has to be challenging, and under those circumstances, staff do an excellent job.

I'm still here because of an ambulance and Cooper Hospital, approx. 5 years ago. I always know that I'm going to have excellent care each time I have an appointment. It's important to remember that everyone matters, the patients and the health workers. Life is balance.
