This was telehealth visit. So no waiting or exam room. Dr. Syrow is a very kind, caring and compassionate doctor. She's always available to fit me in when needed and responds quickly to calls or messages.

I didn't call the office for help but I did communicate to the office via portal and I always received a prompt response. Visit was by telehealth.
