Laurie was professional, attentive, and made me feel genuinely heard. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the staff at the front desk were kind and efficient. My wait time was very reasonable, and the entire visit went smoothly. The young lady at the intake that's was very, very polite. Very helpful. I really appreciate it. Her doctor Nimmi was very caring. I appreciate her listening to me and even allowing my wife to speak to her over the phone. She took her time and answered questions and she asked me questions about my personal health and I really really appreciate that.
