Linda mcgrane explains things to me. Insurance has denied me twice and she is trying very hard to help me. She is very caring and helping me with my pain.iam very thankful for her

My visit is always good. It's when I call to get a refill on my meds. That are due for me, they always treat me like I'm a junky, and I'm not. I have pain everyday and that's why I take meds. The call center that we call, they really need better people doing that job.

It was my first visit with Linda, under Dr Sdehv's care and it was more than I expected. It was great. I believe we can successfully manage the shoulder pain I've been dealing with for many years.

I think communication in the department would be very helpful. Oftentimes messages are not received when they should be. So I sincerely would appreciate if that was improved. Thank you.

Linda McGrane is the best provider I have had For campaign control since I started dealing with the problem 20+ years ago. I She is friendly, easy to speak to, professional, knowledgeable, a wonderful provider. I have all faith in her. She is concerned about me, she listens to me, we work together and thank God for her. She is the one who managed to find the perfect combination of pain, medications and dosages combined with exercise and good mental health in caring for me. The best thing I ever did was switch to Cooper and meet Linda.
