This was a telemed visit and I was very grateful they accommodated me with this. Due to age and health, this was a good option so I can get my medical concern addressed without having to deal with transportation and the cold weather as I am disabled. I wish this option is always available. Of Course if the provider thought it was necessary for me to be seen in person I would do that, but for a routine medical question providing the telemed option for disabled folks is very necessary and needed. Please accommodate.
