Not my usual doctor who is out on maternity leave but Doctor Klein was very nice, sincere, and caring. Felt comfortable discussing my medical concerns with her.

I found Dr Klein to be very personable, informative and really listened and explained things. She seemed truly concerned about what I had to say and about my health. I do wish however with all of my providers that they not only go over saying the names of prescription, otc, and vitamins that I'm taking but also looked at the amounts and dosages to see if that is what I need and other alternatives to those.

This was my first visit with Dr Klein and this establishment, and I was more than satisfied, she was attentive to my concerns as well as personable which is greatly appreciated. I feel comfortable saying that I am confident she will be overseeing my medical care.

I had the same experience (this was my 2nd visit to this provider) as my 1st visit, the doctor took enough time with me to answer my questions and explained the answers so I understood everything,

The receptionist at the Ripa center was wonderful. She was very kind and thanked me for filling out the forms ahead of time on MyChart. In addition, Dr. Klein was wonderful. She took the time to listen and I had a fantastic experience overall.
