I'm very disappointed in Cooper right now. I would actually like to speak to somebody about my concerns, especially considering I'm receiving a survey to fill out. I completely ran out of migraine medication which I take twice a day, 50mg. When I reordered my medication I was told by my pharmacy that they needed to contact my doctor. At that point, my doctor denied the refill!! I had to call the office to find out why which I was told he wanted to see me. I said that wasn't a problem but I need medication now. The office personnel quickly responded that he said no and will not give you any medication until you're seen. I wasn't happy!!!! I then asked how fast can you get me in for an appointment. I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment! I'm not bluffing when I say I'm furious with Cooper and this doctor! Treating patients care should be your upmost priority. To make a patient wait two weeks and not provide them with the medication they need is completely wrong! This might be called something else. I will surely be looking into this.
