Monique is always very thorough and is able to explain in detail any questions or concerns that I may have about my visit and treatment. The Front-Line staff is always courteous and helpful checking in and checking out!

Monique is a wonderful nurse she performed BCG on me Tuesday I felt nothing it didn't hurt she was wonderful and listen to what I had to say about the experiences in the past it was quick it was done and she was very nice

The reception was very helpful, warm and understanding to my mother and so was the doctor. Everybody was nice, and friendly, and made us feel welcome.
