Dr. Frank's office was very helpful. When my husband came up to visit his appointment, I would give that office a 10, a four or five star rating. I was well taken care of and well informed. Thank you.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Frank and I loved her. Other members of my family recommended her and we all trust her.

Dr. Frank is truly outstanding. She gave me a lot of time to describe my symptoms. She was sympathetic and knowledgeable. She offered me excellent solutions and alternatives. She sent me and my PCP a detailed description of my symptoms and her recommendations that will help me greatly in deciding my treatments. I would recommend her to anyone with a GI problem.

Dr.Frank can be named as the most caring doctor I have seen in my entire life. When my stomach issues began I was only 17 and was with a different doctor. Since turning 18 I have been in Dr.Frank's care and she is truly a blessing in more than one way. Not only did she help me find comfort in never learning my new medical needs & situations, but she also helped find care for my mental health. After one appointment with her I had another one booked with the people on the 5th floor. Great woman she saw me as an 19 year old in need in more than one way and did all she could to give me comfort. I don't know if anyone would actually read this but she deserves this. Thank you Dr.Frank! !

Dr. Frank is a fine physician. She explains things to me in simple terms and we are able to have a conversation about my digestion issue. She listens and we come up with a plan of action. I am very comfortable with her and she very pleasant. I would highly recommend her to my friends:))

She always care about me the person even when I was in a different hospital being treated like crap she was still there for me and reaching out on my behalf. That makes a great doctor.
