The receptionist that checked me in was very understanding and helpful with my insurance related questions. She went over and above to help me to remain calm I can't remember her name but it was the lady that checked me in for my appointment.

Delay in seeing Dr was due to the immediate needs of a previous patient. I was fully informed of that by staff and kept informed. Dr and staff handled situation handled the situation in very professional manner. Kudos! Well done!
