The doctor was a great doctor and the staff was a great staff and the service was excellent. I don't think you need to do anything more than you did. The whole package was excellent. Thank you very much, Cooper, for hiring people just like this.

Dr. Cha and his staff were knowledgeable, accurate and personable. My difficulty and concern with Cooper is the phone and computer systems. They are VERY DIFFICULT AND FRUSTRATING. They cause much CONCERN AND FEAR when having to contact my doctors, their staff, and others in the Cooper system.

From check in to check out, the staff is pleasant and cheerful, especially the younger people (anyone under 30).

The NP was excellent and I felt heard when we conversed. On the other hand, Dr. Cha is blunt and fast talking 'at me' instead of "to me ".
