It appeared to me that the office staff, desk staff, needed more help. People that were there were wonderful, but obviously trying to wear two hats when I was there, trying to check in and trying to check out also the same two people. And I just generally feel that there could be more support for the physicians in the office by better staffing of the desk staff. This is from someone who's worked in a medical office for years and I feel that my opinion is valid in responding to this situation. Everybody's great, but they could use more help. Thank you.

Everyone from Doc. Leuzzi, the front desk clerks, the medical assistants, and whoever else that's in that office ALWAYS are welcoming and treats you with respect. I wish other offices would take a copy out of their book.

I would like to say out of all the doctors and I've been to many specialist doctors, Dr. Liuzzi is the best doctor that Cooper could have. She is very caring and very concerned about everyone that she takes care of. And she is very efficient and I would recommend her to everyone in the world. Thank you.

Dr. Leuzzi was so considerate about my physical pain issue. She spent time with me and was very compassionate. She is always that way when I visit her. She is the best! !

Dr. Leuzzi is fantastic. Getting an appointment is incredibly difficult and it is why I will not recommend Cooper primary care to others. We are told to call the first day of the month when the provider schedule opens - and even then the schedule is booked. It requires numerous calls until an appointment can be made which is not feasible for most people. This is very unfortunate and a big problem of Cooper's scheduling system. Dr. Leuzzi is a wonderful physician.
