My appointment time was [Date] 0am whereas the Doctor arrived at [Date] 0pm. Until then the nurse and medical student kept updating my medical history (which I had filled in electronically already)

I really like Dr Chan, the office and the staff. Even parking was great. Overall, it's probably the most thorough and pleasant PCP visit I've ever had. I actually look forward to maintaining my health as per Dr Chan's direction and future visits. I guess the word is TRUST. During this initial visit Dr Chan and the staff seem to be a well oiled machine with no rush nor long wait. I am very pleased.
