My experience there was good. With an exception that I was told I would received a phone call in reference to setting up home physical therapy and no one called. I called obviously late and was told I would received a call on Monday. I'll have to wait and see if I receive a call. The person I spoke with was extremely courteous.

I couldn't have been happier with everyone involved with my appointment from the nurse, the X-ray tech and the doctor. I had explained I was leaving for Europe on Friday and they did everything possible to make sure I would be fine while away!! So happy with Cooper docs!! !

The health and medical services provided by Cooper University Health Care are exceptional and outstanding. I have a number of health issues; and, I am very impressed by the qualty of service and indepth attention extended to me in an effort to provide comprehensive healing care and successful outcomes.

I had an emergency situation where I needed to get help right away and Shawn and Dr. Yan within one week had me treated and on my way so that I could enjoy a vacation because I was in so much pain. I have never experienced such caring. and especially from the front desk who tried to make this happen for me. I am just so thankful that I don't have to cancel my 80th birthday trip because now I'm able to walk a little better and I really greatly appreciate them.

Shawn Mahoney treated me like I was his most-favored patient. He listened to everything I said and asked questions that helped him fully understand my issues. He then proceeded working on my concerns. I now have a game plan for moving forward thanks to Shawn.
