An excellent experience! I appreciate the time the Dr. spent with me, and her gentle approach to broaching the subject of hearing aids. I look forward to following up after my CT scan on [Date] 2.

I was dealing with pain in my left ear. After I explained other issues with my ear Lisa took time to explain a few potential issues that could be causing the pain. She also quickly explained that my ear problem did not appear to be connected to surgery I had on my neck earlier this year. I must add I am starting to feel better

ENT for peds is generally very hard to get into, most parents have to wait [Date] + months for an appt. I was able to get my son in sooner as a professional courtesy since I've worked at Cooper 20+ years. I wonder if more pediatric ENT providers are needed to be able to help with the patient volume and also decrease the need to refer to outside ENT providers.

Before the appointment, I was concerned about coming to Camden. The trip was easy, appointment was on time for me and Dr, problem was resolved and was in and out in 1 hour
