Dr Chivate provides excellant care. I feel very comfortable with him overseeing my kidney function. He's very thorough and I never feel rushed. He always explains all my lab results and ask if I have any questions.

My provider and his staff were exceptional. Check in however is too redundant, check in via phone/computer and again at the desk. One or the other would be enough.
